The Serra Club of Knoxville welcomes you and invites you to learn more about us and to consider joining us in our mission and ministry. Serra International is global organization of Catholic laymen and laywomen. Our mission and ministry is to foster and promote vocations through prayer, awareness, affirmation and support.

As Serra International is the lay vocation arm of the church, our mission is to foster and affirm vocations to the ministerial priesthood and vowed religious life in the United States and through this ministry further our members’ common Catholic faith.

About our Serra Club:

The Serra Club of Knoxville was established 31 May, 1991. The Serra Club works closely with Bishop Richard Stika and the Diocesan Office of Vocations, Father Mike Cummins and Father David Carter.   We are grateful for the spiritual guidance of Father Patrick Garrity our Chaplain, Pastor of St. John Neumann Parrish.  Here we list only a few of our programs to foster and promote vocations such as the31 Club, Shepherd's Dinner, Support of Ordinations, Vocations Panel for our Youth Groups,Essay Contest for our Youth

Members of our Serra club are parishioners of the parishes in the greater Knoxville area.   They work toward the promotion of vocations to the priesthood and religious life and the support of our diocesan priests, seminarians, brothers and sisters with their prayer, awareness, affirmation and support.

The Serra Club of Knoxville is taking some time to regroup.

If you are interested in learing more about the Serra Club watch for updates.

Please pray for an increase of Vocations to the Priesthood, Religious Life, and for our Diocesan Priests, Deacons, Religious Brothers & Sisters and Seminarians!
